The President has established the following quality policy:
It is Federal Custom Cables' policy to accomplish its mission through constantly exceeding the needs of its customers. It is recognized that the measure of Quality is through customer satisfaction and that continually improving processes products and services is the only way Federal Custom Cable can achieve its mission. Quality is a prime priority in the guiding principles of the company, and all employees are taught that the Quality of their performance, and the Quality of the processes and Products they affect, has a matching importance.
To accomplish the above, Federal Custom Cable maintains a measurable Quality Policy:
"Total Customer Satisfaction by providing high quality products and services and continually improving our processes."
The quality policy is posted in the facility, periodically communicated to all employees, audited for understanding and is reviewed by management for continued suitability.
