In order to protect paired feedback conductors from the noise of power conductors and other feedback pairs, several composite cable designs include low-dielectric polypropylene insulation. Common PVC insulation has a dielectric constant of five or more (though it's normally not rated because fillers make inconsistent dielectric). Polyethylene insulation has a dielectric constant of 2. Polypropylene insulation has a constant of about 1.5 - approaching 1.0 constant of air.
CABLING & BUNDLING
Our cabling starts with 2 conductors and we can go up to 356 conductors. We guarantee to meet your cabling requirements. No job is too small or too large, for cabling and bundling, we can use your wire and cables if you so desire.
Since jacketing is our number one priority, extra care and time are spent on details prior to jacketing the cables.
